With today’s generational shift in the practice, finding and delivering content live or online for team meetings that is helpful and productive to all, isn’t easy. We worked with feedback from the best coaches, consultants and managers in the business (along with our own experiences in this fourth and final practice), not to mention input proven by the science and research of expert Sociologists, to create our programs. We then came up with content worthy of the time it takes to consume it. The Soft Skills Institute is a nationally recognized AGD PACE provider of seminars, workshops and online content. This is a collaborative partnership between JoAn, her dentist husband, Dr. Chuck Majors and the participation of other dental specialists and innovators. Joined by Jeannie Chapman a retired high school teacher who began her second career while working with the Texas AGD in 2008. Now, she provides the detailed insight as CE director for TSSI.
